If you are using the AOL browser, you should do the following (for this site and others):

First of all, you should click the 'maximize' icon in the upper corner of the window in order to view the full screen more conveniently.

Secondly, some images will not load clearly with compressed graphics turned on. Set the browser preferences to uncompressed.

1. To turn compressed graphics off.
a. For 7.0 users, go to the " Settings" window.
b. Choose PREFERENCES.
c. Click Internet Properties (WWW).
d. Click the WEB GRAPHICS tab.
e. Select the box for Never COMPRESS GRAPHICS.

2. Try connecting to the site again.

3. Hold down the CTRL key and click RELOAD on the browser window
form to reload the page. You may have to sign off completely first.

4. Again, make sure that you maximize the window when you get back on.
