Lifeline Series

Lifeline is a series of flesh-toned colors, created to compliment the Bloodline Colors for more natural-looking applications. A special pallet of 15 flesh tone colors for photorealism that are saturated, earth-toned, muted colors developed by Special FX artist Tim Gore, an extremely talented artist with over 25 years experience in the film special effects industry and portrait artist. Designed for the subtleties of painting everything from hyper-real creatures, humanoids and monsters, to latex masks, resin kits and beyond to the limits of any artist’s imagination.

Lifeline are made with the same resin as Illustration Colors and share the same performance attributes. Lifeline colors are transparent, although colors may appear opaque due to the high pigment load. Lifeline dry to a matte finish and can appear glossy when top-coated with a clear.

Designed for refined atomization through any airbrush tip-size, large or small, operated at mid to lower psi settings. Colors flow when faded from full saturation to tint strength without a "grainy" or stipulated over-spray.

• Soft Erasing Illustration Colors are unique in that the final cure is delayed for 48 hours, during which the colors may be “soft erased” for subtle manipulation. After this open cure window, Illustration Colors cure to a hard coating.(When mixed with 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear, Illustration Colors do not soft erase.)
• Illustration Colors may be sprayed direct from the bottle or thinned with 4011 Reducer or 4021 New Improved Reducer  5% - 20% Airbrush; 5% - 10% for Spray-gun. For hard-surface application, mix 4030 Balancing Clear or 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear with Illustration Colors for an excellent automotive transparent color.
